Over the years, she has developed extensive expertise in all aspects of the industry, including buyer and seller representation, hard money and institutional lending, short sales, and title work. Her clients value her ability to provide accurate market data, strategic guidance, and creative negotiating skills—always with a focus on achieving results and ensuring satisfaction.
While her primary focus is selling condominiums, co-ops, and townhouses in Manhattan, as well as houses in the Hamptons, Nazila also extends her expertise to clients’ real estate needs in South Florida and Los Angeles. She is known for her ability to provide the utmost discretion and is committed to maintaining her clients’ privacy throughout every transaction.

Originally from Iran and raised in Los Angeles, Nazila earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and her Master’s in Real Estate from Georgetown University. She moved to New York City to immerse herself in its unmatched vibrancy, eccentricity, and energy—and has proudly called it home for over a decade.
Outside of real estate, Nazila is a health and wellness enthusiast who enjoys running in Central Park, working out, traveling, attending art fairs and museums, exploring global cuisines, and learning new languages.
